Advertising and Sponsorship Program 2024/25

Sponsorship plays a vital role in developing and sustaining our minor hockey program and sponsors are valued members of our team. There is a mutual benefit to our partnership; you are helping us make our programs affordable and accessible to Nakusp and area youth and your organization will, in turn, have increased brand visibility with increased opportunity for brand awareness.

Arena advertising is a great way to get your business noticed as our facility plays a valuable role in connecting communities. Hockey rink spectators are often in the stands for 60 minutes at a time, sometimes multiple times a week, leaving ample time for viewing the arena’s advertising media. Each year, hundreds of people visit our rink; your ad will be seen not only by Nakusp and visiting minor hockey associations, but also by spectators, and public skaters, not to mention the numerous other organizations that utilize the Nakusp & District Sports Complex.

• Ensures players of all ages and abilities are provided with the opportunity to play
• Fosters community involvement and partnership
• Allows for the development of players and coaches
• Supports the day-to-day operation of our minor hockey association, including but not limited to hosting and participating in games and tournaments, funding the purchase of jerseys and socks as well as hockey equipment for players that may need it
