Welcome to Nakusp and District Minor Hockey

At Nakusp and District Minor Hockey, our mission is to grow and promote the game of hockey by fostering skill development, quality leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We are committed to creating a fun, inclusive, and positive environment where every player can thrive—both on and off the ice.

Our home is the Nakusp Sports Complex, located at 200 8th Ave NW— the vibrant recreational hub of Nakusp and the surrounding communities. This multi-use facility features an arena, curling rink, squash courts, a concession area, and an auditorium equipped with pickleball courts.

Though we may be a small association, our passion runs deep. Powered by dedicated volunteers, we proudly support local youth as they learn, grow, and fall in love with the game of hockey.
